Here are the slides from my SXSW Interactive talk this year. They’re about how to prioritize and manage improvements to web sites that help the mobile user experience.
As we all know, there isn’t a “mobile web” — it’s all one web. But there are ways to improve experiencing the web on smaller devices.
Most importantly, we should worry less and less about trying to become “mobile experts”. Because here again, a “mobile expert” is somewhat of a false construct. Yet we all need to embrace mobile if we work on the web. My approach (covered in both this presentation and my related book) helps you define and set your own priorities for mobilizing web sites.
