Minimal Viable Arcade

Caine’s Arcade from Nirvan Mullick on Vimeo.

This is a great story (I particularly love the “Fun Pass” and prize tickets!). But more importantly, what can this teach designers about being creative with delivering minimally viable versions of our ideas?

I don’t mean to suggest that we should just strive for cuteness in early releases of our design work, and we can’t deliver cardboard on the web. Still, I think there are some good lessons here. Thanks to Jason Grigsby for steering me to this video last night.
